Great anti-squat-kinematic, internally routed cables, asymmetric seat stays and precise handling guarantee fantastic control even on the steepest of descents. The combination of premium alloy frame and excellent equipment is perfect for competitive touring cyclists The SRAM X0 groupset guarantees superb transmission of rider power and crisp shifting. The 3x10 version offers a wide range of gear ratios, which is a major plus for every all-mountain and touring rider. The Fox 32 Float Factory fork can be adjusted to meet your preferences thanks to the adjustable rebound function, and for long climbs there is an additional lockout.
The best suspension can only deliver its full potential if the wheel has the appropriate design. Therefore we fit the Nerve AL 9.0 with the durable and stiff Crosstrail wheels from Mavic. Thanks to the 15mm thru-axle the front wheel stays right on track even on the roughest trails. On the downhill, the Avid X0 brakes guarantee that you can really burn rubber but remain cool headed, because these brakes offer superb modulation and powerful braking. An outstanding ensemble for trail biking right through to alpine cross.

Radial pivot bearing
The radial pivot bearing is 20 times stronger than a conventional industrial bearing. Considering the small space it takes up and its proximity to the bottom bracket, it is an important building block for the drive neutrality of the frame.
Hydro 14
The integration of hydroformed tube sets in the Nerve XC frame allows a new freedom in design. Flowing, smooth transitions direct the loads, which are generated during cycling, safely and directly through the material. In addition, reinforcing plates (gussets) become unnecessary. This saves weight while maintaining full stiffness.
Asymmetric seat stays
While the seat stay on the left of the frame has to deal with high braking loads, we were able to get the weight down on the less stressed right side. The asymmetrical design of the stays provides maximum braking power on the one hand and a weight advantage on the other side.
Internally routed cables
A superb appearance and protected from weather, the shift cables run inside the frame. To prevent rattling in the down tube we created the crossed cable routing, for which a patent is pending. The cables stabilize each other in this way. By eliminating the cable housing we were again able to reduce weight.
