profile

Do I hit it, or not? This dilemma simply does not exist when riding the frisky, lightweight Torque DHX Dropzone. The robust chassis and enhanced suspension curve provide a soft landing even when landing the biggest airs. Progressive kinematics result in better absorption of big hits making the bike smoother and more controllable overall.

The lightweight, high-performance Cane Creek Double Barrel Air shock with adjustable high and low speed rebound and compression keeps the rear triangle on line to ensure superb handling out on the trail. 15mm flat Spank Spike flat bars keep the pressure down on the front wheel allowing the Maxxis tyres to do their work ripping it through the berms. Dab the brakes, then back on the power! The Avid Elixir 7 Trail disc brakes combine maximum braking power with excellent modulation. The new Torque DHX Dropzone – an experience to be missed!

Our "raw club" colour option has a raw, untreated alloy base, which is given a coating of clear lacquer to protect the frame.

Optimized tube design
Due to the oversized frame tubes, the Torque FRX frame offers reserves even during the hardest of landings. The Monobox rocker arm design of the asymmetric rear construction offers maximum rigidity and tyre clearance.

Tapered Steerer
The 1.5" fork shaft guarantees a significant improvement in handling. Regardless of whether riding in the bike park or downhill, the bike runs much more smoothly and steers perfectly round tight corners in technically challenging terrain.

Canyon Through Axle
The new Canyon through-axle system delivers maximum rigidity to the rear wheel with its 12 mm through-axle. Compared to other through-axle systems, the rear wheel is mounted fully on the dropout which means that the wheel can be fitted and removed more easily and faster.

TrackFlip
Adjusting the spring travel to your needs? The Track Flip on the rocker arm is just the thing. 195 mm "pedal course" or 210 mm for bumpy race tracks. In addition the steering angle can be adjusted from 63° to 64 and the bottom bracket lowered by 10 mm - 63° for high speed trails and large jumps and 64° for technical Alpine terrain.

Bike Classification

These bikes can be used by technically adept and experienced riders to tackle very challenging, extremely steep terrain with a high number of obstacles. In this category, big jumps are to be expected as well as intensive use in bike parks or on downhil courses. It is essential that these bikes are fully examined for any potential damage after every ride. Further use when using damaged parts could lead to a major component malfunction. In addition, safety-relevant parts should be replaced at regular intervals. Wearing appropriate protective gear is absolutely essential. This category includes long-travel full-suspension bikes as well as dirt bikes.
