Made for racing. The Nerve MR is tailor-made for longer periods under excessive loads during marathon events. The race full suspension bike ensures less stress is placed on the rider with 100mm of travel and it simply leaves the competition in its wake on the downhill with its considerable reserves on the rear triangle. The conical head tube guarantees both strength and accurate steering. When sprinting up the climbs the Nerve MR anti-squat-kinematic guarantees optimum power transmission.
Looks good, saves weight and easy to replace: Canyon's internally routed cables. The particular feature: Even when the cables are not under tension they support each other and therefore do not rattle inside the down tube. How does this work? Due to the crossed routing inside the frame.
Canyon has also considered the importance of easy cable re-fitting. Thanks to the large access opening at the bottom of the down tube the cables can be replaced within seconds. To prevent water from entering the frame the cables run through a plastic cover shielding the access opening from splash water.
