The slim oval tubes, the hourglass shaped headtube and the lower rear triangle characterize the aerodynamic chassis of the Aeroad CF at first glance. A highlight is the Aeroblade SL carbon fork, which impresses with top stiffness levels and minimal weight. The Press-Fit bottom bracket shell forms an organic transition between the down tube and chain stays and guarantees levels of stiffness that speak for themselves in the category of aero road bikes. The tapered headtube reduces the frontal surface area and makes the bike even more streamlined in combination with the internally routed cables. Do you like an agile bike or do you prefer one that stays right on track on the straight and flat roads? With the rake shift you can adjust the Aeroad CF to match your preferences. Light, stiff, comfortable and fast: In 2011 the Aeroad CF was the most successful bike in the world. This season the Aeroad CF has continued its success story as the team bike of our World Tour team Katusha and demonstrated its strengths with overall and stage victories in numerous classic races such as the Flèche Wallone, Giro d`Italia and the Vuelta a España. The Aeroad CF is the first choice of the Russian time-trial champion Denis Menchov and Joaquim "Purito Rodriguez.
Attention! Bike similar to illustration shown. Please refer to the specifications list for information on all fitted components.
Bikes and framesets in the category 2 are unused new bikes that may display minimal colour deviations, scratches or paintwork defects. As a rule not all these conditions are fulfilled (a bike is also categorized as category 2 if, for example, the orange line on the top tube doesn't fulfil Canyon's quality standards but the bike otherwise displays no defects). As with all Outlet-bikes we give the same guarantee as on a current serial bike on all bikes in the category 2. Furthermore, the bikes are all built up by our workshop staff, checked and, if required, readjusted.
