When measured against the fair price of 2699€ this is a dream weight!" This was the verdict of the testers on the Canyon and showed that one can stay up with the very best even with a tried and tested frameset. In addition, the editors noted, "Otherwise everything is perfect with the test bike." The premium Ritchey parts together with the comfortable seat post, which was specially developed by Canyon, contributes just as much to the low weight as the high-end Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels. "The Ultimate CF was also able to impress out on the road with its great seating position and direct handling." All in all the Ultimate CF was more than satisfactory and creamed of the maximum number of points for frame, forks and weight! What really caught the testers' attention was the low weight and the perfectly harmonious function of the carbon seat post and carbon frame.
