Stuck suspension fork

The suspension elements require a certain period of running in. It can occur that forks compress and rebound erratically over the first 150 to 200km of use. This is mainly due to the very tight fitting of the dirt seal. These seals force dirt off the dip tubes during the compression phase. Bild 1
If the fork continues to rebound erratically after 200km, please contact our Service Center +49 (0) 261 40 4000 or via e-mail at info@canyon.com
