These jobs are easy for anyone interested in cycling. For this workshop the user either doesn’t need any tools at all, or he only requires standard tools such as Allen keys, pliers or screw drivers. In this category you’ll find above all how to perform adjustments to your bike

Adjust Track Flip

The Track Flip allows you to adjust the travel on your Torque FRX (from model year 2012). You have the choice between 185mm and 203mm of travel. The steering angle is also modified from 64° to 65° which allows an optimum adjustment of the bike’s handling. 64° is for fast trails and big jumps, 65° for alpines and technical terrain. Picture 1
This how you adjust theTrack Flip:

1. Unscrew the damper bolt with a 5mm Allen key. Picture 2

WARNING! When you are unscrewing the bolt, the rear triangle can collapse and the frame can be damaged. Hold your bike on the saddle so that the rear triangle doesn’t collapse.

2. Pull out the inserts together with the screw. You can turn the insets 180° and exchange the right insert for the left one.

3. Mount the screw and the insert and tightenthe boltt to 12 Nm. Picture 3
