We have optimised the geometry together with the 13 times 6-day winner Erik Zabel to meet the demands of modern track riding. We have, however, maintained the classic characteristics of the track bike such as the higher bottom bracket and the steep head tube angle. Thanks to the short head and top tubes you can turn your classical track bike into a first-rate time-trial bike by swapping the handlebar/stem assembly. Modern elements such as the aerodynamically optimised frame and the Canyon Aero Fork CF Track enable you to gain that crucial advantage. The V-Drome AL 9.0 LTD is state-of-the-art with its full Shimano Dura Ace drive ensemble, which consists of crankset, chain ring, hubs and sprocket.

The groupset offers first-class and above all durable function even when faced with the toughest of competitive schedules. Exactly the same applies to the Alex R600 rims. The lightweight rims with a depth of 42mm guarantee perfect stiffness and optimum aerodynamics for all disciplines on the track. An optional extra for the V-Drome is the world-class Reynolds SDV rim with a rim depth of 68mm and also a Deda Pista stem/handlebar combination from the Italian cult brand. With these extras you'll be able to make the V-Drome AL 9.0 LTD even faster.

Reinforced dropouts
With its wide axle adjustment range of 40 millimetres the V-Drome offers the greatest possible freedom of gear ratios and changes in riding behaviour via its adjustable wheelbase. The additional steel reinforcement makes the dropouts indestructible – perfect for a frequent change of the wheels.

Aero Fork CF Track
The flat fork blades of the Aero Fork CF Track carbon fork are the first point of contact with the wind and therefore are an important contribution to the excellent aerodynamics. The stem of the fork sits in an hourglass-shaped head tube which has also been optimized according to aerodynamic considerations.

Aero Shape Chassis
The Aero-tube set in combination with the Canyon Aero Fork CF is based on the shape of a drop. The smoothed out, welded seams enable a laminar air flow at the junctions and result in a harmonious overall look.

Aero Post CF
The Aero Post CF with a 50 millimetre wide adjustment offers an optimal seating position and incorporates the airfoil profile of the Aero seat tube. The clamp is built into the top tube and thanks to the wedge principle it requires only small forces and is therefore very gentle on material.
