Can I customise my bike when I order?

All Canyon bikes are shipped as illustrated and described – selecting alternative component configurations is not currently possible. A quick tip: on bikes with traditional handlebars with non-integrated stems, you can order a stem with a different length when you buy your bike. To change your bike’s fit, just swap out the stem during assembly.

How do I find out which size bike I need?

Using the Canyon Perfect Positioning System (PPS), you can determine your ideal frame size based on your body measurements. All you need to do is look for your perfect bike on the site and then follow the instructions to find your Canyon size. Learn more about PPS and Canyon's sizing here.

How do I check current estimated shipping dates and availability when buying a bike?

Once you have selected a specific model on our website, you will find the different frame sizes with the expected delivery date under the model name and colour selection. Bikes available ‘From stock’ can be shipped within a few working days. If the bike you were looking for is sold out, please get in touch with our service centre and one of our experts will be happy to help you find the right alternative. Contact Us

Do I have to have my bike serviced by Canyon?

When you send your bike to Canyon for servicing, our expert mechanics will get your bike back in top condition as quickly as possible. For more details on the services available, see the Inspection & Repairs page. In principle, you can get your bike checked by other professional bike mechanics. However, you should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
