stealth - asphalt grey

For anyone who wants to get creative with the build-up of the Aeroad CF SLX, we’ve made available this frameset which has been optimized to suit electric groupsets. If you’ve spent your entire cycling life using mechanical groupsets, you may be reluctant to upgrade seemingly for upgrading’s sake. Go ahead and treat yourself. And when you’re finished, you’ll have easily a nice enough bike to make your local pros jealous. The Pro Geometry, which encourages a low position on the bike, works closely with the frame’s aero features and stiffness to push you to new levels of performance. The integrated seat clamp for the S27 Aero VCLS CF seatpost is a clever touch that will keep your seatpost rock solid in its place. Then the Shimano Dura-Ace direct mount brakes that are included with the frame will ensure you won’t be losing watts to poorly designed interfaces. The Canyon H11 Aerocockpit CF provides an integrated handlebar-stem that will save 5.5 watts compared to a regular handlebar setup. And the Canyon Aeroblade SLX carbon fork cuts through the wind while offering an adjustable rake to modify handling characteristics. Available in the striking Cherry Pepper colour, the Aeroad CF SLX Electric Frameset will be the type of purchase that consistently keeps giving back.

BIKE CLASSIFICATION: Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain impermanent contact to the ground. These are in general road-racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances, this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tire contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
