The 2022 UCI Road Cycling World Championships are heading to Australia. The coastal city of Wollongong (affectionately known as “The Gong”) will host the series of 11 events in mid-September. It’s only the second time the event has been hosted in Australia, the first being in Geelong back in 2010.

Last year’s event saw riders from across the world travel to Flanders, a region famous for the historic Tour of Flanders race. Known for its steep and punchy climbs, character building weather and grippy roads, Flanders favoured the sprinters among the peloton.

This annual event is the perfect stage on which to showcase the world’s best riders on the world’s best road bikes. Expect to see the Canyon Aeroad, Canyon Ultimate and Canyon Speedmax TT in all their glory.
