How to locate your bike’s serial number

This should be on a sticker attached to your bike’s frame.

Non-motorised bikes
- Turn your bike over.
  
  Locate the QR code sticker next to the bottom bracket.
  The bike's full serial number is next to the QR code.
E-bikes with integrated batteries
- Turn your bike over.
  
  Locate the QR code sticker on the down tube next to the motor.
  The bike's full serial number is next to the QR code.
E-bikes with non-integrated batteries
- Remove the battery from frame.
  
  Locate the QR code sticker inside the battery case.
  The bike's full serial number is next to the QR code.

You can also find your serial number on your invoice.
