For customers in Germany, our partners LifeCycle and Getbike will deliver, assemble, and adjust your e-bike for you for only €79.
Just pick a time and date, and our certified mechanics will take care of the rest.
How it works: step-by-step

Select the ‘Ready-to-ride delivery’ shipping option at checkout and buy your bike.

We’ll send you an email explaining the next steps.

We’ll ship your bike to a secure LifeCycle or Getbike delivery centre.

A LifeCycle or Getbike agent will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time of your choice.

The mechanic will arrive at your doorstep with your new Canyon e-bike.

Their van is equipped like a bike workshop. Make yourself comfortable while your certified mechanic guides you through everything you need to know about your new bike.

Once your bike is assembled and set up, you can go for a quick test ride to ensure everything is perfect.

The mechanic will only leave once you are completely satisfied. If, for whatever reason, you don’t want to keep the bike, LifeCycle or Getbike will help you with the return (additional charges apply).
