29/06/2016, CANYON 2016 National Champions

Homecoming

To become National Champion is to join an elite rank of riders. It’s about more than crossing the line the fastest. To win is to stand above the rest. With victory comes the honour of racing in national colours for a year, a goal shared by riders everywhere.

Across Europe, the National Championships are a staple of the cycling calendar. Like the turning of the seasons, they signal that the Tour de France is coming. With trade team’s reduced to just a handful of riders and solo campaigners going it alone, the tables often get turned and calling the result is anyone’s guess.

Pure racing.

Welcome to the National Champions of 2016 and congratulations to all Canyon riders for bringing home 23 medals last weekend.
