Cyclescheme is a way to pay for your new Canyon through a monthly salary sacrifice. The payments are taken directly from your gross salary, whilst also meaning you don’t pay any tax, National Insurance or interest fees.

Once you’ve checked your employer is signed up to the Canyon Cyclescheme, you can go ahead and build your basket and checkout using our Cyclescheme payment method. You can then use the order details to apply for your certificate.

Most employers choose not to limit the order value with Cyclescheme. This means you can browse the entire range of Canyon bikes, including ebikes, and pair with a number of complimentary accessories. Please check with your employer for any order value limit before applying for your certificate.

You cannot add your own funds to the transaction, this is determined by the guidance from the Department for Transport who have clarified that the entire order value must be included on your certificate and adding funds is not possible.

Once you have proceeded through checkout using the Cyclescheme payment method we will send an order confirmation as well as instructions to apply for your Cyclescheme certificate. Once you have placed the order it’s not possible to amend items on the scheme or the order value so we recommend including all eligible accessories on the initial order.

Once you have placed your order through the Canyon Cyclescheme you can then apply for your certificate. The process typically takes between 3-14 days from application to redemption. If you have an application in place, you can check the status on the Cyclescheme website here .
