Product description

Developed alongside the new Grail for seamless integration, the Canyon GR 50 CF carbon wheelset delivers speed, control and durability for high-performance gravel riding. From smooth, fast gravel to rough race courses, the 50 mm deep carbon rims combine aerodynamic efficiency with the strength and compliance needed to perform across changing terrain. A wide 27 mm internal rim width increases tyre volume, allowing lower pressures for improved comfort, traction and control. The carbon lay-up combines low weight with high impact resistance, while the hookless rim design enhances strength without adding unnecessary weight. Wind tunnel testing helped refine the 50 mm deep, 38.5 mm wide rim profile for aerodynamic performance. Proven DT Swiss 350 Dicut hubs deliver reliable performance and easy servicing, with the proven DT Swiss Ratchet system for direct power transfer and consistent engagement. Straight-pull DT Swiss Aerocomp II spokes balance stiffness, strength and aerodynamic performance. Fully tubeless compatible, the wheelset comes with pre-installed Canyon rim tape, tubeless valves and both Shimano Microspline and SRAM XD-R freehub options.
