Helpful tips to get the best from your test ride

There’s no need to pre-book a test ride. However, you will be required to check-in at our welcome desk when you arrive so we can select your test bike. You can also request a 30 minute consultation if you’re unsure which bike you’d like to ride, or which size is required.
- There’s no need to wear cycling kit for your test ride. Simply wear something comfortable which allows you a full range of motion.
- You can of course wear cycling shoes for your ride. We’ve got plenty of pedals and will install the right ones for you.
- We recommend you wear a helmet for safety.
- All test rides will take place around the Canyon site on asphalt and gravel, supervised by our team. You are not permitted to ride unsupervised, or on the public roads.
