- If you return your bike within 30 days of purchase, Canyon will refund the fullfinanced amount. The cancellation and settlement of the financing agreement must be handled directly between the customer and the financing provider.
- Returns after 30 days are only possible in exceptional individual cases. Contact Canyon to check eligibility for a return after 30 days. Any termination or settlement of the financing agreement remains the customer’s responsibility.
