The best bike parks in the UK Where are the best bike parks in Britain?

Bike parks are great places for beginners and experts alike. Newbies feel safe within the confines of the park while regular mountain bikers can test themselves on technical trails without straying too far from basecamp.

Some bike parks specialise in jumps and steep, technical trails while others allow for a gentler introduction to mountain biking. We’ve taken some of our favourites and asked our athletes for their tips for the UK’s best bike parks.

Revolution Bike Park, Wales

North Wales is well and truly on the map when it comes to mountain biking and Revolution Bike Park is one of the reasons why. As one of the UK’s biggest privately-owned bike parks, riders have over 120 acres to enjoy ranging from forest paths to technical quarry descents.

Revolution Bike Park is good for steep, technical descents and trails featuring all the roots, rocks and berms you can shake a stick at. Since this bike park is uplift only, you can save your energy for the trails once you’re up the top. It’s best suited to a full downhill mountain bike, some come prepared with your bike, full-face helmet and body armour.
