As the personal bike collection service involves more than just the simple handing over of the bike, we cannot guarantee the safety and protection of customers and employees with this service and therefore do not feel able to offer this service at this time.

DHL Freight ship all of our E-Bikes. This is because our E-Bikes are heavier and larger than a traditional bike.
An E-Bike is classified as Class 9 dangerous goods because of the battery.

Your E-Bike will arrive with a very small amount of charge. It's important you fully charge the battery before use.

We recommend a tow ball mounted bike carrier. However, it's best to check your vehicle manufacturer for guidance about the maximum possible load.
