NOTICE OF RETURN POLICY
Canyon Bicycles USA, Inc. ("us" "we" or "Canyon") appreciates your business. Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a generous return policy. You may return new, unused products (with the exception of Outlet bikes) purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
- We will not accept the return of products damaged due to abuse or misuse.
- Items must be repackaged in a manner that prevents damage during return shipping.
- You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to Canyon.
- Please note, outlet bikes are final sale and may not be returned.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
You may return products purchased directly from Canyon in new, unused condition (with the exception of bikes purchased from the Outlet) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products qualify as new if there is no visible wear, all facets of the item are flawless and intact, and the item is returned in original packaging. In the event of a return, Canyon will issue you a pre-paid return label for ground shipping. A full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt and after inspection by our quality assurance team. Canyon does not charge a restocking fee for returns and a new order can be placed at any point during this process. RETURNS SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (833) 226-9661 for returns. We will generate and send you a pre-paid return label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a FedEx Office. Please cover or remove the original shipping label.
