We work together with the best athletes in the world across various disciplines to ensure that the bikes you ride are the best they can possibly be. Our pros provide us with in-depth feedback which flows directly into the development of our products. We believe that the results speak for themselves. Canyon bikes have emerged victorious in the world’s biggest races including the Classics, multiple Grand Tour stage wins and overall podium placings, numerous national championships, not to mention a World Championship. Quite simply, our bikes are built to win.
Having carried our riders to the top of the individual UCI WorldTour Ranking over the past three years, in 2014 we have set our sights on even more success by partnering up with the UCI WorldTour’s number-one ranked team! We are thrilled to work with the Spanish Movistar Team and their star riders, including Alejandro Valverde and Nairo Quintana, who will ride Canyon bikes in pursuit of victory in the world’s biggest races this year.
Canyon has supplied Russian WorldTour Team Katusha since 2012. With a roster including the UCI’s top-ranked rider in the world for the past two years, Joaquim “Purito” Rodríguez, his Grand Tour stage-winning compatriot, Dani Moreno, and 2012 Olympic bronze medallist, Alexander Kristoff, Team Katusha will once again make their mark on the WorldTour aboard Canyon machines in 2014.
With reigning European Marathon Champion, Alban Lakata, Leadville 100 winner, Sally Bigham and current German National Marathon Champion 2013, Robert Mennen, three of the world’s very best riders will feature in the line-up for Topeak-Ergon Racing Team in 2014.
Strive for the Podium! – This was the mission statement of the Canyon Factory Enduro Team at the start of their debut season in 2013 as they set out to compete. That was the aim and that’s exactly what they did! Now in its second season, the Canyon Factory Enduro Team is one of the biggest players on the global enduro scene.
Flips, whips, wallrides and transfers are what it’s all about! Since the start 2013 our young hitters Thomas Genon and Anton Thelander spent more time in the air than on the ground on their Canyon Stitched bikes, always going big at slopestyle contests around the world and regularly landing on the podium. In 2014 they’ll join up with German freerider Peter Henke to take on the FMB World Tour.
With Jan Frodeno joining Anne Haug and Nils Frommhold in 2015, some of the world’s very best triathletes will compete on Canyon bikes across the globe. Whether taking on the European circuit or lining up at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii, our athletes will be perfectly equipped aboard the Speedmax CF and Aeroad CF SLX as they set their sights on the top step of the podium. Swim. Canyon. Run.
