Ultimate AL 9.0 Di2
The Ultimate AL 9.0 Di2 scores high with its outstandingly crafted alloy frame and Di2 compatibility.
Just in time for spring Roadbike magazine put 17 Di2 road bikes through their paces in the lab and on the road. There were mega price differences of as much as 3000 Euro. The Ultimate AL 9.0 Di2 was able to impress the testers above all with its unbeatable value-for-money (around 2300 Euro). The bike scores high with its outstandingly crafted alloy frame with Di2 compatibility. The cables disappear inside the frame close to the top tube and appear again right next to the battery, front derailleur and rear derailleur. The frameset is really stiff and offers the best comfort of all the 17 bikes tested on the rear triangle thanks to Canyon's outstanding seatpost. On the road the Ultimate AL inspires with its precise handling and breathtaking forward thrust. The Roadbike verdict: Very good.
The outstanding frame and the sporty ride characteristics will interest demanding and ambitious riders.
