1. Prepare the Bikeguard: Place the fixation element at the rear end Picture 1

2. Undo the pedals. Picture 2

3. Open the front brake. Picture 3

Undo the quick release and remove the front wheel.Picture 6 Attach the protection cap to outer end of the axle. Picture 7 Put the quick release into the accessories box.

4. Open the seat clamp Picture 8 Picture 9 and remove the seat post. Wrap plastic foil around the saddle.

5. Remove the handlebars. Undo the screws which hold the front plate. Picture 10 Assemble the front plate again without the handlebars. Picture 11

6. For bikes with Canyon stem-handlebar unit: First remove the top cap. Picture 12 Picture 13 Pull the unit off the steer tube. Assemble the top cap again with 1Nm. Picture 14 Picture 15

7. Turn fork and stem to the left. Picture 16 Attach the handlebars to stem and the right leg of the fork. Wrap the straps of the foam pads around stem and fork leg.

8. Attach the front wheel to the top tube and the seatstay. Picture 17 Picture 18

9. Attach the seat post to top and down tube. Picture 19 The bike is ready to be packed now. Picture 20

10. Put the bike into the Bikeguard.

11. Insert the upper fixation element into the rear end of the Bikeguard. Picture 21

12. Insert the accessories box into the Bikeguard. Picture 22

13. Close the Bikeguard and use adhesive tape to prevent the lid from opening during transport
