ON THE ROAD TO SUCCESS

The backbone of Movistar Team is an organisation founded back in 1980, making it the longest running and most successful setup in the modern peloton. With a history of Grand Tour success from Miguel Indurain’s golden era through to Nairo Quintana’s 2014 Giro d’Italia triumph, Movistar Team will have their sights firmly set on the top step at the Tour de France and the Vuelta a España this season, in addition to defending their position at the top of the UCI WorldTour Team Rankings. Movistar Team riders are a common sight at the front of the pack with their distinctive blue and green Aeroad CF SLX and Ultimate CF SLX machines, and are a constant threat in Team Time Trials aboard the Speedmax CF.

  • Alejandro Valverde

Whether a one-day classic or gruelling stage race, Valverde is always a force to be reckoned with. His consistency last year took him to the very top of the rider rankings.

  • Nairo Quintana

Whenever the road heads skywards, you can count on Nairo to launch an attack. After making history by winning the Giro d’Italia, Nairo will be aiming for yellow at the Tour de France in 2015.

  • Alex Dowsett

Opravdový specialista na časovku. Alex je při souboji s chronometrem ve svém živlu. Trojnásobný národní šampión a vítěz etapy na Giru, pozor tohle bude nejúspěšnější brit v následující sezóně.
