Do you have questions about your dream bike? Our PPS system offers you the possibility of a perfect ergonomic tuning of your bike. An exclusive service that Canyon, as the manufacturer, can offer directly to its customers.

We know our customers. We can notify you directly when the next tune-up is due or help you order the correct spare part for your bike in case you need service.

If you return your bike for inspection or for repair, our concept of direct sales has clear advantages because our mechanics work exclusively on Canyon bikes. Our service staff goes through training courses regularly and specifically train to adjust and repair the components used on our bikes. And because we know specifically which components our bikes require, we can ensure spare parts will be always be in stock.
