The new frameset which was designed completely from scratch sets benchmarks with its combination of weight and stiffness and scores high with outstanding design. Weighing in at a super-light 790g and equipped with all Canyon's latest innovations, the Ultimate CF SLX represents the technological spearhead of Canyon's 2013 road bike models. In a similar fashion to the frame, the brand new One One Four SLX racing fork with carbon drop outs has become even lighter, stiffer and more comfortable. Thanks to the 1 1/4 inch fork steerer maximum stiffness for the sprint and optimum steering precision on the descent are guaranteed. The slim tubes, the streamlined design and the internally routed cable system lend an aesthetic appearance to the frame. The cables are even internally routed inside the Press-Fit bottom bracket with its carbon bearing seats as well as in the asymmetric chain stays. The Ultimate CF SLX frame is compatible with all electronic and mechanical shift systems (two varying designs) and therefore guarantees perfect integration of cables and batteries.

The Ultimate CF SLX frameset is equipped with the One One Four SLX carbon fork (320g), Ritchey WCS stem (1 1/4"), Acros i-Lock headset, Canyon VCLS Post (carbon-basalt seat post) and a Canyon seat clamp.
