Terms of payment and shipping of Canyon Bicycles GmbH, D-56073 Koblenz
All shipping takes place with the parcel service of the German post office AG. We send subsequent deliveries without shipping expenses.
The supply is always subject to availability. The purchase contract takes effect upon fulfilment by Canyon, i.e. it only becomes legally effective when goods are delivered in accordance with the delivery note. In the case of catalogue, telephone and Internet orders we will inform you of the receipt of your order and on contractual details in writing (by hardcopy).
All our packages are insured for the transit period. Please examine the package immediately with receipt for damages. Any damage must be communicated to the shipping company within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation of the message, which you will send to us, together with the original package and a copy of the invoice. Please call us by telephone before you send.
To products shipped within Germany, the following shipping expenses apply:
- shipping of bicycle accessories 5.90 Euro
- shipping of bike frames or bike cases 15.00 Euro
- shipping of bicycles 18,80 Euro
Complete bicycles are delivered exclusively in our special BikeGuard box for the additional cost of 14.90 Euro.
In the case of shipping to European countries the following shipping expenses apply:
- shipping of bicycle accessories 8.95 Euro
- shipping of bike frames or bike cases 34.90 Euro
- shipping of bicycles 34,90 Euro (except France 60.00 Euro)
Complete bicycles are delivered exclusively in our special BikeGuard box for the additional cost of 14.90 Euro.
All prices include the current legal value added tax of 19% or 7%, excluded are products not of European Union countries which we ship without VAT. A reimbursement of the VAT added to a product can take place only if a certificate of export customer for value added tax purposes is sent within 3 months after invoice date. You keep the form free from us.
In the case of shipping within Germany you can select between two types of payment:
- cash on delivery; the German post office AG collects the total amount for the product with shipping. Shipping expenses are only 2,00 Euro above the fee to be paid.
- Pre-payment; before the goods are shipped you receive n invoice. Immediately after receipt of your payment the goods are shipped to you.
In the case of shipping outside of Germany you can pay as follows:
- Pre-payment; before the goods are shipped you receive an invoice. Immediately after receipt of your payment the goods are shipped to you.
- credit card Visa/Mastercard; call us with your order, your credit card number and the expiration date of the card, we charge the invoice amount along with the shipping expenses of your goods to your credit card account.
