Highlights Exceed CF SLX CLLCTV

CF SLX – Advanced carbon fibre
Light enough to fly up singletrack and durable for serious trail riding, the CF SLX carbon frame was born from the finest material and cutting-edge engineering. A high-level stiffness-to-weight ratio and an optimized fibre layup guarantee a bike that is always ready to kick, as long as you’ve got the legs.

Impact protection unit
To protect your frame in the event of a crash, the Exceed uses an integrated Impact Protection Unit. The useful feature prevents your handlebars from over-rotating and striking the top tube if you go rubber side up.

Integrated seat clamp
An internal clamp design secures the seatpost deeper in the seat tube increasing the post’s effective bending length and improving ride comfort. The special clamp is built into the frame making it more aero than traditional designs.

Stay hydrated
Leave your hydration pack at home and keep your thirst quenched on even the longest rides and races. Mount two bottle cages within the frame to easily carry 1.5 litres of fluid in Canyon Fuel bottles. There’s ample room in every frame size, although we do recommend Canyon Sideloader cages on XS frames.

Bike classification
This category also covers the requirements of categories 1-2. In addition it includes use on harsher, unpaved terrain. The scope for these bikes includes occasional jumps up to a maximum height of 60 cm. Jumps of this scale can cause inexperienced riders to have accidents on landing, which can result in injury. Hardtail mountain bikes and full-suspension bikes with short travel are included in this category.
