In the event of an accident or severe crash, high forces exerted on the frame can lead to structural failure during subsequent use. With our Crash Replacement scheme, you can replace your damaged Canyon frame at a greatly reduced cost.

Conditions and procedure

This offer is valid up to three years after the date of purchase.*
You will receive a comparable frame without components (seatpost, derailleurs, shock, stem, etc.) at the prices listed in the table below.
To use the Crash Replacement service please use our Crash Replacement contact form.
You will need to explain briefly and precisely how the damage was caused. We need this information so we have an idea of what we should be looking for during the examination of your bike frame and its components. Our service department will then discuss with you how we should proceed.
You caused the damage yourself. Offer not valid for damage caused by a 3rd party.

Order crash replacement

Please note

The Crash Replacement service is limited to the original owner and to damages that compromise the functionality of the bike.
You can only use the Crash Replacement service once within 3 years of the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to withhold this service if we ascertain that the damage has been caused purposefully or it is only cosmetic damage.
When you make use of the Crash Replacement service, your damaged, irreparable item passes into our ownership.
It is not possible to change to a different model of bike.

If requested, we will fit your new frame with components in our service department. This service is subject to a charge. We will be pleased to make you an offer for this service and will get in touch with you if required. Your bike will be returned to you as soon as your order has been cleared and processed.
