How do I cancel my order?
As long as the order status is not ‘In picking’, ‘Shipped’ or ‘Delivered’ you can request that our customer service team cancel all or part of your order.
If you have a Canyon account, you can do this from your order history. Otherwise, you’ll need to track your order using your email address and order number, which you can find on your order confirmation email.
And, just to let you know, you can change your payment method to leasing or flexible finance from either of these pages.
