Adjust brake reach

Remove the handlebar, remove whichever spacers you need to get the right height, then replace the spacers above the and refit the handlebar.

Adjust saddle height
Just loosen the saddle clamp, move the saddle up or down, and re-tighten the clamp.
Make sure to follow the saddle height limit markings on the seatpost before you re-tighten it.
