New Bike Day: Pick up your bike assembled and ready to ride
Our New Bike Day service is designed to get you riding your new Canyon quickly and comfortably. Our expert mechanics build your new bike and install any accessories so it’s ready to ride when you collect.
We’ll arrange an appointment with you at Canyon Factory Service in Eindhoven once your bike is delivered. We can talk you through your new pride and joy and answer any questions you might have.
When your bike arrives at Canyon Factory Service, we'll assemble it and fit any accessories like computer mounts, pedals and mudguards so it’s ready for your first ride.
During your appointment one of our bike experts will:

welcome you to the Canyon family

explain the features of your new bike in detail

adjust your bike so you can ride out the door
*Note: The cost of New Bike Day includes shipping and the protective Bike Guard.
Simply add your bike and accessories to the cart, and select ‘New Bike Day’ as the delivery option. You’ll then pay for your order as normal.
When your bike is ready to collect, we’ll email you with a choice of collection times that suit you.
