How does iDEAL | Wero work?

iDEAL | Wero is a direct online transfer from your bank account. With iDEAL | Wero you can make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. You do not need to register or enroll for the service. You can directly use iDEAL | Wero if you are a customer of one of the participating banks (Rabobank, ING, Bunq, ABN Amro, ASN Bank, SNS Bank, Regiobank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Knab).

  • Choose the payment method iDEAL | Wero and select your own bank at checkout for your order.
  • You will be forwarded to your own bank's website.
  • Follow the further steps to pay and complete your order.

When you place your order, if the bike is in stock, you will be automatically be redirected to the iDEAL | Wero environment. When you purchase, the complete amount will be paid directly to Canyon – the money is not reserved. If the bike is not currently available, you will receive a payment link that you can use two weeks before the shipping date stated on the Canyon website.

iDEAL | Wero is only available when you order on the Dutch website and your billing address is in the Netherlands.
