With Lease a Bike, you can choose the Canyon of your dreams and pay for it monthly through your gross salary. Because the payment is deducted before taxes, you save significantly on the total costs; depending on your employer's specific scheme, this tax benefit is at least 25%.

Minimum 25% Benefit: Since the lease price is deducted from your gross salary, you pay less income tax. This makes a lease bike at least 25% cheaper than a private purchase.

- Only 7% Private use addition: Just like a company car, you pay additional tax on private use. For a bike, this is only 7% of the catalog value, which usually amounts to just a few euros per month.
- Attractive Takeover Option: At the end of the 36-month lease period, you can purchase the bike for a small price (approximately 20% of the original market value) and make it your own.
- Fully Insured: The bike is standard all-risk insured against theft and damage.
- Maintenance Included: You don't have to worry about unexpected costs. Maintenance and repairs are included in the lease package up to a maximum of €150 per year.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Stuck with a flat tire or an empty battery? Roadside assistance ensures you can always continue your journey.
- Health and Well-being: Cycling is healthy, reduces stress, increases job satisfaction and improves your physical fitness.
Step 1 – Registration: Sign up on the Lease a Bike platform via your employer's link. Once your employer approves your registration, you will receive your personal order code via email. If you haven't received a link, contact your HR department.
Step 2 – Pick Your Bike: Find your dream bike on our website and select Lease a Bike as your payment method. Use your order code during the checkout process. Note: Don't forget to include the Bike Guard and shipping costs in your application.
Step 3 – Approve the Addendum: Within 3 weeks of ordering, you must agree to the addendum provided by Lease a Bike. This document contains all the lease agreements between you and your employer. Your bike will be shipped as soon as you agree.
Step 4 – Inspect Your Bike: Check the bike immediately upon delivery for any damage or defects. You have 12 days from the moment of shipment to report any issues.

If something is wrong, contact Canyon Customer Service immediately.
- If the bike is defective, pause your contract in the Lease a Bike platform.
- If no defects are reported within 12 days, your lease contract will start automatically.
Step 5 – Ride Carefree: After 36 months, you have the option to take over the bike.
