Here's how we make the difference
For anyone looking to buy a comfortable bike that will get you through long Transcontinental type of adventures but still feel like a seriously fast racing bike, the Endurace CF SL Disc 8.0 Aero would be a perfect choice. Though aerodynamics has not been the main focus of the Endurace frame in the same way it was for the Aeroad, that is not to say that the Endurace CF SL has ignored the need for the best aero shapes. The Sport Geometry that is the starting point for all Endurace frames helps you settle into a comfortable, efficient position that will make long hours in the saddle register much less painfully. And since the lightweight frame has been made from carbon, you can still count on the vibration absorption that is one of the benefits of the material. Going with the newly updated Ultegra groupset means that you will get that classically Shimano smooth shifting that has been made even more responsive. The Ultegra disc brakes have also enjoyed an update with a completely new rotor design to help manage the temperature even better, so the longest Alpine descents can’t compromise their performance. Keeping aero at the forefront of the build, the 41mm deep Reynolds Assault LE Disc Carbon wheels have been included. This limited edition (LE) of the new Reynolds Assault wheel for 2018, will give the Endurace the ultimate in lightweight responsiveness and durable reliability, all of which is essential for a really enjoyable century. The Endurace CF SL Disc 8.0 Aero will tick all your boxes for a bike that can go the distance.

BIKE CLASSIFICATION: Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain impermanent contact to the ground. These are in general road-racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances, this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tire contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
