When you send your bike to Canyon for servicing, our expert mechanics will get your bike back in top condition as quickly as possible. However, you should always have your suspension fork and shock serviced by the manufacturer themselves. Please observe the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty on forks and shocks only remains valid if they are serviced at the specified maintenance intervals.
