No, the pricing of all our products factors in any duties or customs handling fees applicable. We then pay the duties on your behalf, meaning there are no extra third-party charges upon receipt of your Canyon order. This includes regular bikes, ebikes and gear.

We are not expecting any changes to shipping costs and work with the most esteemed logistics partners to ensure we get your Canyon order delivered safely to your door. We do review pricing regularly and this can on occasion be reflected in our shipping costs.

We have had to review pricing on some of our models to factor in fluctuations to exchange rates as well as duties on select products coming into the UK. The pricing displayed on all our products is the final pricing to you, the customer, meaning there are no third-party charges due once your order arrives as we pay these on your behalf.

The conditions on shipping to Northern Ireland are now different to mainland UK. This means we need to undertake additional systems changes to ensure we can ship bikes to Northern Ireland correctly. Unfortunately, this does mean that for a short time we will be unable to receive orders for shipment to Northern Ireland. We are working on completing these changes as soon as possible and once we have more information on when we will be able to continue transactions with Northern Ireland, we will post them here. As an alternative, a delivery to Ireland and Great Britain is still possible.
