A special limited-edition Ultimate from industrial designer Konstantin Grcic. Styled in Grcic’s typical progressive style, this bike looks like nothing else out there, with iridescent elements that colourfully shimmer in the light. The highlight: for the first time ever on a Canyon bike, Grcic puts the iconic Canyon downtube lettering on centre stage by overlaying it with rectangular special-effect decals. Striking optics

With its special frame decals, this limited-edition Ultimate is anything but mainstream. Iridescent adhesive tape makes an optical phenomenon where the surface of the frame appears in different colours depending on the viewer’s perspective.

The clean, dynamic frame design is bursting with Canyon design DNA. It’s painstakingly sculpted to deliver top stiffness-to-weight while maintaining excellent aerodynamic performance.

Bike classification

Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain in permanent contact to the ground. These are in general road racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use.
