Closer to you. Wherever you ride.

Great riding experiences start long before your bike hits the road.

We’re strengthening how Canyon operates across Asia-Pacific region markets—so we can work more efficiently and deliver a more consistent, reliable Canyon experience wherever you ride.

For riders, this means clearer pricing, smoother processes, and a more transparent buying experience, from the moment you browse to the moment you ride.

Why this matters for you

You deserve a fast, seamless Canyon experience, no matter where you ride.

Our latest improvements across Asia-Pacific markets help us to:

  • Build a more efficient regional setup
  • Offer improved bike pricing in selected markets through updated exchange rates
  • Make it easier to understand what’s available and ready to ship

Better value. Less friction. More time on the bike.

What’s changing

To support this, we’re strengthening our Asia-Pacific foundation with a new warehouse in Hong Kong and a dedicated Asia-Pacific online store.

The Asia-Pacific website is live, with bikes shown online available and ready for delivery, so you can shop with confidence, knowing what you see reflects current availability.

All of this is designed to deliver a more reliable, responsive Canyon experience.

Built around the way you ride

These improvements are focused on strengthening the fundamentals of how we serve riders across Asia-Pacific region markets, from pricing and availability to delivery and service. Many of these changes happen behind the scenes, but they’re designed to make your overall Canyon experience simpler and more consistent.

More improvements will roll out over time, and you’ll feel the difference every time you ride.
