The Canyon Factory Bike Outlet is where we sell reduced price Canyon bikes that are either

- brand new but from previous seasons,
- brand new and have visual imperfections,
- have been used and may have some signs of wear and tear.

It’s a great opportunity to buy a technically perfect, outstanding quality Canyon bike at a discounted price.

Bikes and frames that have slight to medium signs of wear but are technically in perfect condition.

All bikes have been assembled, tested and (if needed) repaired by our expert team of in-house mechanics, and come with a full guarantee.

Each bike on offer will have detailed photos of defects, wear and tear, and will fall into one of four categories:

- visual defects,
- slight signs of wear,
- medium signs of wear,
- and strong signs of wear.

All Canyon bikes, including those bought from the Bike Outlet, come with a full warranty and guarantee. You can find more information on warranty and guarantee here.

All Canyon outlet bikes and gear are shipped and delivered within a few days of receiving your order.

It's only possible to buy Factory Outlet products online: they are generally not available in the showroom. However, there is one exception to this rule: you can buy outlet products at our twice-a-year in-house cycling festivals in Koblenz. It's definitely worth a visit.
