If you are changing employer it is often possible to transfer your contract and continue your lease. If this is not possible you will have the option to buy the bike or return it to GoByBike.

Bikes purchased through GoByBike are not covered by the Canyon 30 day returns guarantee and cannot be returned.  If you need to return your order please contact GoByBike directly.

Insurance is included as part of your contract, for it to be valid your bike must be secured using a lock that meets Sold Secure Silver standards or higher. You’ll need to report the theft or damage to GoByBike directly and give them your bike’s serial number.

You need to have a register limited liability company to use GoByBike.

According to Finnish Tax Administration rules, lights, lock, studded tires, mudguards, front and rear racks, bells and helmets can be included in the lease. Some items like shoes and clothing cannot be included in the lease.

Regular servicing keeps your bike safe and helps it retain value. You can service the bike yourself or easily and flexibly get servicing services included in the leasing agreement. You only pay for the work that gets done. Ask for more information from GoByBike’s customer service.
