Returns

Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused bikes and accessories within 30 days of receipt.

Return your order in 4 steps
  • Register your return by clicking the link to the returns contact form below.

    Please be sure to enter your bank account information in the message field so that we can refund your money to an account of your choice. You don't have to do this if you paid with a credit card or via PayPal.

    If you would like a return label, also mention this in the message field.
  • When you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation that your return has been registered. For returns from outside the EU, we will send further information about customs clearance.
  • Pack your bike and any accessories you received securely in the Bike Guard, stick the return label on the box, and enclose a filled-in returns slip. Download returns slip
  • We will then refund your money as soon as we have received and processed your order.


Please note:
  • If your bike was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage, providing images, using the Warranty and Guarantee form. Get further information here.
  • E-bike returns: when you return an e-bike, it is extremely important to register your return using the returns form, so that we can arrange the shipping via DHL Freight. The bike must be shipped as dangerous goods, because of the battery – if you use the returns form, we will take care of this.
