New frame geometry

The Spectral:ON’s slack headtube and long reach create a confident, centered stance that increases your control on steep and sketchy trails. The new stiffer, all-carbon rear end with slightly longer chainstays increases balance and handling, while the shorter seat tube allows for longer dropper posts and gives you more room to maneuver when things get rowdy. The result? Confidence, stability and all-out fun.

Whatever you choose you’ll have plenty of power to boost your mileage and stoke factor. Both our 900 and 720Wh batteries give you a whopping 42% or 15% over standard full-size batteries. Both are fully covered under the Shimano Steps Service Program.

A new, completely re-designed frame, all-new carbon layup schedules and an even more efficient frame architecture enabled us to gain strength while shearing grams. As befits a bike that’s designed to be rallied hard, both the CF and CFR frames now meet even higher and more rigorous “Category 4E” standards.

Durable, reliable and ready for anything

Worry less, charge more – the Spectral:ON is loaded with smart details that deliver out on the trail. Larger, fully-sealed bearings increase durability and keep water and grime out, the fiber-reinforced skid plate simultaneously shields the motor from rocks and serves as a bash guard for your chainring and the integrated chain guide keeps your chain in place when things get rowdy – or as we call it: fun.
