All Canyon outlet bikes and gear are shipped and delivered within a few days of receiving your order.

It's only possible to buy Factory Outlet products online: they are generally not available in the showroom. However, there is one exception to this rule: you can buy outlet products at our twice-a-year in-house cycling festivals in Koblenz. It's definitely worth a visit.

Our outlet bikes come equipped with brand new batteries to ensure optimal performance. We thoroughly test the non-removable batteries to ensure they are in excellent condition.
