To achieve the stiffness-to-weight figures demanded at the highest level, Aeroad CF SLX frames use a new, advanced carbon layup that minimises weight and boosts strength for best-in-class performance out on the road.

Classic Drops: a balanced, comfortable riding position

From more upright and comfortable to low and aero, switch between cockpit setups in minutes using the Aeroad's interchangeable drops. As standard, this Aeroad uses the more balanced Classic Drops – with narrower Aero Drops available as an aftermarket extra for a more progressive, pro-inspired riding position with a longer effective reach. Swaps take a matter of minutes and only require a TX25 tool.

PACE Technology

PACE Technology is integration done right. This exclusive Canyon innovation lets you dial in your position in minutes with a single tool and no cutting required. With 20 mm of height adjustment and 50 mm of width adjustment at your fingertips, no other cockpit system on the scene offers this level of flexibility. And to support a full range of setups, the Gear Groove interface gives you a versatile, secure platform for mounting everything from aero bars to computer mounts in seconds (accessories available separately).

Streamlined for the perfect fit

No other aero seatpost makes it so simple to fine-tune and dial in your perfect position, thanks to the Aeroad's newly developed saddle clamp with independent tilt and fore/aft adjustment. With 100 mm of saddle height movement across sizes XS to 2XL, it offers the fit range needed to keep riders of all sizes comfortable and in control.

Highest quality hardware

Not all screws are created equal. The Aeroad exclusively uses TX25 heads made from the highest-grade material we can source, for secure engagement and a reduced risk of rounding. At the headset, high-quality stainless steel bearings glide smoothly and are protected by extra seals that keep sweat, grime, and grit at bay – these are the kind of premium parts that keep you out of the workshop and on the road, ride after ride.

The right tool, always at hand

The Aeroad's removable through axle lever doubles up as a TX25 tool that fits almost every screw across the bike, and clips discreetly into the wheel when not in use. One simple tool that you can use for any emergency adjustment on the road. Please note: the tool is meant for emergency adjustments only. The user is responsible for following the specified torque values when tightening bolts, which cannot be checked with the tool.

Bike classification

Bikes of this category are designed for riding on hard-surface roads where the wheels remain in permanent contact to the ground. These are in general road racing bicycles with racing handlebars or straight handlebars, triathlon or time trial bicycles. The permissible maximum overall weight comprising rider, luggage and bicycle should not exceed 120 kg. Under certain circumstances this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use. Proven cyclocross and gravel bikes with racing handlebars and cantilever or disc brakes are a special case in this category. In addition, these bikes are also suitable for gravel paths and off-road trails where a short loss of tyre contact with the ground due to small stairs or steps at a height of 15 to 20 cm can occur.
