Product description
The Canyon cycling rain jacket is impressive: it is waterproof and breathable at the same time. It protects against rain and moisture, efficiently wicks moisture away from the skin and effectively prevents heat build-up. This versatile cycling jacket is perfect for MTB, gravel adventures or everyday use. It is made from a three-layer laminate fabric with nanotechnology and is one of the spearheads of innovative rain jackets. Its three layers are constructed as follows: Outer: soft, low-noise, hard-wearing polyamide-elastane mix (recycled), treated with FC Free DWR (fluorocarbon-free, permanently water-repellent and environmentally friendly method of producing water-repellent materials). Centre: Electro-woven membrane at nano level, 10,000mm waterproof and 35,000mm breathable. Inside: water-repellent polyester knit to improve drying and breathability. This material makes what at first glance appears to be a contradiction: waterproof and breathable. It is also worth noting that every seam on the inside of the jacket has been additionally glued. The full-length zip has a storm flap on the inside to keep out the wind. It can be pulled closed in the zip garage, which prevents skin irritation on the chin or annoying catching in the beard. The collar has a brushed fleece inside for warmth and comfort. The jacket has a practical Napoleon pocket in which you can store your smartphone safely within easy reach, and two further zip pockets (insulated) on the sides for your hands or other important items. Inside the jacket there is another zip pocket made of mesh material for your glasses or goggles. The wrist cuffs in the sleeves are made of Lycra fabric to prevent moisture or cold from penetrating the jacket and offer a high level of comfort. The cuffs each have two press studs on the outside for size adjustment. An elasticated waistband with cord stoppers allows you to adjust the width precisely. Two reflectors on the back perfectly round off this advanced, adaptable cycling rain jacket. Two reflective stripes at the back of the jacket help keep you visible when riding after dark.
