During your visit to the showroom in Koblenz, you can park either directly in front of the Canyon Home or in the neighbouring Contel multi-level car park. You can park in the multi-level car park free of charge for three hours if you have your ticket stamped at the showroom entrance. The parking is free of charge in Canyon Home.

To have your bike inspected by our service workshop, please arrange a workshop appointment with us in advance. You can do this easily via our contact form. There you can enter your bike and the type of service you require - so that we can allocate and answer your request in the best possible way and define an appointment with you.
