How to install the CP0018 aero cockpit



For this part, keep the bike lying sideways on the box. Before you start, take out the small cardboard toolbox from the bike box, and open it.

You’ll need the Canyon torque wrench in there for the next steps.

2.1 Slide the insert down into the headset. Check that the insert is the right way up as pictured.

2.2 Take your carbon paste from the toolbox, apply it onto the steerer tube, and slide the cockpit down over the steerer tube.

2.3 Slide top cap down onto the headset.

2.4 Tighten top cap to the correct Nm number (printed on the top cap).
