Developed alongside the new Endurace, the Canyon ED 42 CF carbon wheelset was designed to deliver the ideal balance of speed, comfort and efficiency for road riding. From endurance epics to fast group rides, this wheelset has you covered for a wide range of conditions. The 42 mm deep rim, along with a 25 mm internal and 33 mm external width, delivers the ideal blend of aerodynamics and crosswind stability, particularly when paired with 32 mm tyres. Wider tyres mean lower pressures for improved comfort, reduced fatigue and low rolling resistance. The hooked rim design means this wheelset is fully compatible with a wide range of tyres and pressures. The carbon rim combines low weight with high impact resistance, while extensive wind tunnel testing has shown measurable performance gains across real-world yaw angles. We opted for the proven performance, reliability and ease of service of DT Swiss 350 Dicut hubs. The 36-tooth Ratchet system delivers direct power transfer and consistent engagement, while straight-pull DT Swiss Aerocomp II spokes deliver an optimal balance of stiffness, strength and aerodynamic performance. Fully tubeless compatible, the wheelset ships with tubeless valves, pre-installed rim tape and both Shimano and SRAM XD-R freehub options.
